Little Kicks Classes (Ages 4.5-6)

This class is designed as an introductory karate class for children ages 4 1/2 - 6 years old. Your child will learn basic kicks, blocks, and punches taught in traditional karate.  Etiquette, terminology, and basic self-defense will also be introduced all while having lots of fun! Classes have fun games to develop fundamental skills such as focusing and listening skills.

Children Classes (Ages 7-12)

Through this course, children have the opportunity to push their skills, techniques, and confidence to a new level in a fun, dynamic way using techniques from Tang Soo Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, & some other martial arts. Children also learn basic self-defense, etiquette, discipline, and other life lessons.

Adult / Teen Classes (Ages 13+)

Our adult classes incorporate self-defense, stress relief, discipline, and a great workout! We focus mainly on Tang Soo Do with some other basic martial arts techniques. Every class includes exercises that are beneficial for one's physical and mental well-being. Its never too late to start on your martial arts journey. Private Lessons

Through private training students have the opportunity to learn techniques on a one-on-one basis with an experienced martial artist. This is great for students who may not be able to commit to group classes. All students begin with private training before joining the group setting. All private lessons are by appointment only.

Exercise Classes

Currently, we provide classes in Yoga, Chair Yoga (Modified Yoga), & Cardio Kickboxing. These classes are taught by Mrs. Roth. 


We also provide classes on High Intensity Circuit Training taught by Mrs. Rose.

Circuit Training, Yoga, & any other fitness classes are drop-in classes for $7 (cash payment) per class. Call about karate pricing. Karate classes are unlimited in the amount of classes to attend each week. Karate classes are paid for monthly. For more info call 724-774-5775.
